Now retired from a State agency, he maintains in-depth knowledge on several aspects of the EMF issue ? state of the science, public health, economic and political implications, risk perception, public concern, and litigation. Served on various panels and task groups at both the state and national levels. Expert witness courtroom and deposition experience. Published several articles and papers and conducted workshops and seminars on EMF epidemiology, health effects, and risk perception.
