Gregg Unterberger: Transpersonal Breathwork
Tuesday, June 20th, 2017, 6:30–9:00 p.m.
Transpersonal Breathwork is a powerful, transformative therapeutic modality, rooted in the groundbreaking work of Dr. Stanislav Grof, one of the founding fathers of Transpersonal Psychology. Amazingly, Breathwork makes psychedelic or mystical experiences available to ordinary people, without the aid of drugs or years of meditative practice. Using custom video and colorful graphics, we will explore the heritage and pedigree of this unique modality, its roots in ancient rituals spanning centuries in a myriad of cultures, investigate the science and research behind it and discover the astounding results reported by participants.
“Back by popular demand!” After Gregg presented in April, we received much positive feedback for his informative and entertaining style, and requests to have him back. This month, Gregg will be exploring breathwork in much greater depth than he was able to in his last presentation.
